It’s starting!
My initial daydream of becoming a farmer is starting to unfold nicely. We moved into our little farmhouse with a big red barn last November, adopted a dog last month, and yesterday we picked out seven cute little baby chicks. We already had two cats who are only slowly adjusting to their new “family members”. I’m sure they will adjust in no time. No cat or dog introductions to our baby chicks though!
Ahh! I can’t believe it. We have chickens! They are the cutest little things ever! We are ready to become “chicken people” so we just picked out a variety of pullet breeds to start with. There’s no better way to learn than just diving right in! My daughter and baby LOVE them too!
