- -¼ cup (21 grams) of fenugreek
- -¼ cup (23 grams) of fennel
- -½ cup (100 grams) of sugar
- -¾ cup (180 grams) of all-purpose flour
- -½ teaspoon (0.75 grams) of baking powder
- -A pinch of salt
- -½ cup (113 grams) of butter, melted
- -½ cup (100 grams) of chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the milk and fenugreek. Let the mixture sit for about five minutes to allow the fenugreek to infuse.
In another bowl, whisk together the fennel, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the melted butter and chocolate chips to the brownie batter and stir until well combined.

In a large mixing bowl whisk together the wheat germ, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the melted butter and chocolate chips to the yeast mixture and stir until well combined.
Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. This is much better than a boxed brownie mix as a box mix will not have the added fenugreek or fennel.

- -½ teaspoon (0.75 grams) of baking powder
- -A pinch of salt
- -½ cup (113 grams) of butter, melted
- -½ cup (100 grams) of chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

There are a few different ways to make lactation brownies, but this is my favorite recipe. I like to use a mix of semi-sweet and dark chocolate, as well as plenty of nuts and dried fruit. I also add a little bit of brewer’s yeast to the mix, which is another great galactagogue.
To make delicious recipe, you will need:
- -One cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- -One cup of dark chocolate chips
- -One cup of nuts (I like to use a mix of walnuts, almonds, and pecans)
- -One cup of dried fruit (I like to use a mix of cranberries, cherries, and raisins)
- -One tablespoon of brewer’s yeast
- -One tablespoon of ground flax seed
- -One cup of butter
- -Two cups of coconut sugar
- -Four eggs
- -One teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, mix together the chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit, ground flax seed and brewer’s yeast. Set this mixture aside.
In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until it is light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until everything is well combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until everything is evenly combined.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan. I like to use a nine-inch square pan, but you can also use an eight-inch or nine-inch round pan.
Bake the brownies for 25-30 minutes.
